We build mainly new apartments to suit SDA disability participants. The current offering of apartments is located in Cloverdale very close to public transport and the Belmont forum shopping centre.

Each apartment includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and currently will cater for 4 SDA high physical support participants. It also provides for an Onsite Overnight Carer or Assistant (OOA).

The separate apartments are housed on a large approx. 900 m2 block and will include landscaped gardens as well as barbeque area so loads of outdoor space for you and your family and friends to enjoy during the warmer months. So, no overcrowding in the apartment block. If you want privacy, simply close your apartment door and you will have your own space.

Each apartment will have access to an electric charging station for your or your family/friends and or carers electric cars/scooters. All cars will be under cover behind the apartments.

The apartments can include assistive technology and furniture to suit and be purpose build to accommodate wheelchair access and bed lifting devices and railing to bathrooms and toilets etc.

The second bedroom can be rented by the participant generating a passive income stream or leave vacant for your family, friends or carer to stay, as and when required. Off course this room can be also used as an office to provide work at home opportunities or simply use as a recreational area or gaming entertainment room.

Also included is a lounge room for your big flat screen interactive TV and purpose-built kitchen. You can entertain your guests in style and comfort.

Lastly included is loads of storage which will accommodate all your latest work intensive machines to make you self-sufficient.

A state-of-the-art interactive security system and fire sprinklers will keep you safe 24/7. You will also have access 24/7 to the OOA through intercom by pressing the big Red Button or using assistive technology to page the OOA.

The modern contemporary design has been undertaken in consultation with the best and awarded architects in the SDA accommodation space as well as the best industry experienced Occupational Therapists.
